PAYMENTS

Cash, check, credit card payments accepted.

CHECK POLICY

If you choose to pay by check and your check is not paid on presentment or is dishonored, you agree to pay a service charge of $25, or any higher amount allowed by law, and your account may electronically debited or drafted for this charge, also, if your check is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, your check may be electronically represented for payment.

CANCELLATION

We understand that emergencies sometimes happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a housecleaning appointment, we request that you give us 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for a full cleaning.

VACATION POLICY

When you decide to take some time off, please let us know if you wish to skip a scheduled appointment.

Inclement Weather

As we all know, the weather can be unpredictable. If we decide not to venture out, you will receive a timely phone call, and we will re-schedule your cleaning as soon as possible. We also request that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety.

Lockout Policy

The first one is on us, however, all subsequent occurrences will be billed as a cancellation. We make every effort to contact you in the event of a lockout, to prevent additional charges.

GRATUITIES

While gratuities are genuinely appreciated, they are not a requirement. Any gratuities may be included in your payment or given directly to your cleaning technician(s) for that personal touch.
